Rio Vista
'Egbert Field was used for Rio Vista adult teams and little league. Egbert field still exists today, however it is a shadow of its former self. The original, as seen in the 1958 image below, was grand. It had sunken dugouts, locker rooms, a raised scoreboard where someone stood and changed the numbers. The seats were all covered and I believe that there was room for four diamonds. It was built in 1958. Then around the early 1970's, the old fences, dugouts and locker rooms were removed.'
